  1. Overview Vanguard OMNI is a Chrome extension that helps users estimate landed cost, total cost, net profit, and net margin on Amazon product detail pages.

This extension is designed to run locally in the browser. It does not require an account, login, subscription, or backend service.

  1. Data We Access When the extension runs on an Amazon product detail page, it may read visible page information such as:

product price product image URL visible page text needed to detect price information This information is used only to display and calculate values inside the Vanguard OMNI panel.

  1. Data We Store Vanguard OMNI may store the following data locally on your device using chrome.storage.local:

language preference scenario/profile inputs selected freight channel comparison anchor values product image URL used for local comparison display This data remains on your device and is not synced or uploaded by the extension.

  1. Data We Do Not Collect Vanguard OMNI does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share:

personal information browsing history account credentials payment information Amazon account data analytics events advertising identifiers

  1. Network Transmission The extension does not send user data to any external server.

The extension does not use:

analytics SDKs advertising SDKs tracking pixels remote code execution external APIs for user data processing

  1. Permissions Vanguard OMNI requests the minimum permissions needed for its purpose:

storage: used to save language preferences and scenario values locally. Amazon product page access: used only on Amazon product detail pages to read visible product information and display the calculator panel.

  1. User Control You can remove locally stored extension data by:

uninstalling the extension, or clearing the extension’s local storage in Chrome.
